Who we are.

A technology-powered house of brands. We create businesses, keep them, and grow them on foundations we build once and reuse.

01  /  The definition

We build businesses,
not campaigns.

Germar creates and develops brands, products and the technology behind them through one operating ecosystem. We identify an opportunity, build the brand and the product around it, put the commerce and the software underneath, and then run the result.

The distinction that matters: we are not engaged to complete a stage of someone else's business. The businesses are ours, which is why the standard is set where it is.

02  /  What we are not

Clarity is easier
by subtraction.

We do parts of what several of these do. None of them describes the company.

  • A marketing agency
  • A software house
  • A trading company
  • A generic holding company
  • A consultancy
  • A single-product seller

The difference is ownership. An agency is paid for the work. We are paid by the business the work produces, which changes every decision inside it.

03  /  Who we build with

Five people we
want to hear from.

  1. 01

    Partners

Commercial and distribution partners who want a counterpart that owns its own supply and can move without asking permission.

  2. 02

    Manufacturers & suppliers

Factories and sourcing partners working to a written specification and a quality standard that does not move between orders.

  3. 03

    Clients of the Studios

Companies that need a brand built and then need the systems to actually run it.

  4. 04

    Investors

People assessing a company that compounds capability rather than one that repeats a launch.

  5. 05

    Talent

People who would rather build businesses than deliver projects.

Where this
came from.

The company exists because the same gap kept appearing in categories that had nothing to do with each other.
